7 | Prepare 4 of Sea Scallops. |
8 | About 1 Clove of Garlic. |
9 | Approximately 150 g of mixed fish Cooked (Mussels + squid chopped). |
10 | About 1/4 Tsp of Red Peppers crushed. |
11 | Prepare 1 pinch of Salt n Black pepper. |
12 | About 1 tbls of Lemon juice. |
13 | It’s 1 tsp of Cajun seaoning. |
14 | Approximately 1 tbls of Dijon Mustard. |
15 | You need 1 tbls of Parsley. |
16 | It’s 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream. |
Cooking Instructions
Step 1 | Pat the scallops and fish fry with kitchen roll. And press both ends of the scallops in the Cajun seasoning.. |
Step 2 | Melt the Butter into the oil on medium to high heat. Add the Garlic and scallops into the oil and the other fish in the pan seared the scallops about 2 minutes each end, until golden brown, mix up the other fish but take the scallops out and set aside.. |
