Ingredients
1 | You need of Masa rice (tuwo chinkafa) – 1 mudu. |
2 | Approximately 1 cup of Boiled rice. |
3 | About 1 cup of Flour. |
4 | It’s 3 tsp of Yeast. |
5 | About to taste of Sugar or salt. |
6 | Take of Sliced onions & pepper – Optional. |
Cooking Instructions
Step 1 | Soak Masa rice overnight. Wash verywell to remove sand And dirt. Pour it into a bowl.. |
Step 2 | Mash the boiled rice. Add the mashed rice + yeast to the already washed Masa rice. Ground into a paste.. |
Step 3 | Add flour, sugar or salt to the paste, together with sliced onions and pepper (opt.). Mix everything together adding a little water. Cover the bowl and allow to raise.. |
Step 4 | Heat your Masa pan. Adding a little oil in each hole, fry a spoonful of the paste making sure to flip over.. |
Step 5 | Serve!. |
