Ingredients

1 Prepare 1/2 kg of cowleg perboiled.
2 About 10 of fresh tomatoes.
3 It’s 12 of fresh pepper.
4 About 6 of tatashe.
5 Take 2 of bulb onions.
6 About 3 of stock cube.
7 Prepare to taste of salt.
8 About 3 of cksp vegetable oil.
9 You need dash of oregano.
10 You need of garlic and ginger.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash tomatoes, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and blend then set aside.
Step 2 Perboil already cooked cow leg and spice to your taste, once its cooked thoroughly till its soft then set aside..
Step 3 Heat up a pot add vegetable oil, add a pinch of salt; pour in blended tomatoes paste fry continuously till the water is dried up and the oil is floating on the top,.
Step 4 Add the cowleg, stir in the meat stock if necessary for me i like my stew abit thick, add knorr cube, oregano and salt, confirm taste and allow it simmer for another 5 to 7 minutes and turn off heat.
Step 5 Serve with ofada rice, adalu aka beans and corn with side of fried plantain and have yourself a merry meal.
