Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Take all ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix them well.
Step 3
Add chicken pieces..
Step 4
Marinate the chicken for approx 1 hour..
Step 5
Now arrange all the marinated chicken into skewer and polish marinated chicken with butter..
Step 6
Keep all the skewer over heat and roast then till well cooked..
Step 7
Chicken seekh Kabab is ready..
Step 8
Serve it with green chutney, sarso chutney and onion..
