Quick & easy vegetable fried rice served with chicken teriyaki🍚🍲🥗🍗 Ingredients
1 | 2 cups cooked rice. |
2 | 1/4 cup oil. |
3 | 1 onion chopped. |
4 | Crush bonnet pepper. |
5 | 1/2 cup diced carrot. |
6 | 1/2 cup peas. |
7 | 1/2 cup sweet corn. |
8 | Red pepper chopped. |
9 | Green pepper chopped. |
10 | 4 seasoning cube. |
11 | 1 teaspoon curry. |
12 | 1 teaspoon thyme. |
13 | 2 eggs. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Heat oil in your pot add onions scotch bonnet, red pepper & stir for 4 mins add in peas, carrots, sweet corn,green bell pepper & Add seasoning cubes curry thyme & cook for 5 mins move the veggies to one side of the pot & pour in beaten eggs at the other side & stir quickly to scramble about 2 mins then mix it up with the veggies add in cooked rice & stir well until every thing is combined then serve with chicken teriyaki.. |
