Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Start by washing the chicken parts with some warm water and salt.place in a pot, add seasoning and spices of choice.cook for 30mins and set aside. In a large pot add half cup vegetable oil and allow to heat.add chopped onions and fry for 3mins.add chopped carrots, peas and green beans and stir fry for about 10mins.this will make them soft..

Add the spices, seasonings, stock cubes, salt, curry and turmeric and stir well. Add the rice and stir well till all ingredients are fully mixed together.finally add the chopped bell peppers.stir fir a minute and remove from heat. In a bowl add the cabbage, cucumber and carrot and mix.add the mayonnaise and sugar and stir.set aside..
Step 3
In a large pan add some vegetable oil.crack 2 eggs and beat. Pour a half cup of breadcrumbs in a bowl. Place the chicken parts one by one in the beaten eggs and then coat in breadcrumbs and fry till crispy and golden brown. Remove and place in a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
