Remove stone and dirt from beans,cook,wheñ half done,add seasoning cubes, taste to adjust with salt,mash with a wooden spatula till sticky and runny,cover,when it boils,remove from heat,heat oil in a sauce pan,bleach slightly,add pepper, ginger on low heat,stir fry for 2mins,add onions,fry for 2mins till crunchy,remove from heat,put beans on a plate,top with sauce enjoy!!!.
