Ewa agoyin Ingredients

3 cups black eyed beans.

1/2 cup dry pepper.

5 dryed tetashe.

2 tbs crayfish.

1 tbs Ginger and garlic paste.

4 ripe plantain.

2 onions.

4 stock cubes.

to taste Salt.

2 cups palm oil.

White oil for frying.
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash your beans and cooks it for about 30mins in a pressure cooking with a little bit of salt,after its cooked mash it with a potato masher.
Step 2
Souk your dried pepper and tetashe for about 10mins with warm water and blend them with onions and crayfish.
Step 3
Place your palm oil in a pot and bleach it for about 5 mins then pour the pepper puree you blended.
Step 4
Add in the ginger and garlic paste and cook for about 30mins,make sure it doesnt stick to the pot.
Step 5
Add you seasoning and some salt to taste and allow it to cook for another 30mins and stir it frequently so that it doesnt stick.
Step 6
In a clean frying pan,pour your white oil,slize ripe plantain and fry and serve.
