||Wash your beans and cooks it for about 30mins in a pressure cooking with a little bit of salt,after its cooked mash it with a potato masher.
||Souk your dried pepper and tetashe for about 10mins with warm water and blend them with onions and crayfish.
||Place your palm oil in a pot and bleach it for about 5 mins then pour the pepper puree you blended.
||Add in the ginger and garlic paste and cook for about 30mins,make sure it doesnt stick to the pot.
||Add you seasoning and some salt to taste and allow it to cook for another 30mins and stir it frequently so that it doesnt stick.
||In a clean frying pan,pour your white oil,slize ripe plantain and fry and serve.
