Zobo drink Ingredients
| 1 | Zobo. |
| 2 | Cloves. |
| 3 | Cucumber. |
| 4 | Lemon. |
| 5 | Ginger. |
| 6 | Sugar. |
| 7 | Flavour. |
| 8 | Ice. |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | Put zobo,ginger and cloves in a pot and boil. |
| Step 2 | Sieve the zobo. |
| Step 3 | Grate ginger and cucumber and sieve. |
| Step 4 | Mixed the zobo and grated cucumber nd ginger. |
| Step 5 | Add sugar and ice block. |
| Step 6 | Garnish with cucumber or lemon and serve. |
