Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Get your disposable cups, Pierce in your wooden skewer few inches away from the bottom part, and cut off the excess left…
Step 2
You should have a nicely cut out circle shape, rub in some vegetable oil and set aside…
Step 3
Set a pot on medium heat, add in your sugar, zobo juice, and water…
Step 4
Stir it all together…
Step 5
Allow to boil till it caramelize, stir continuously to prevent it from burning…
Step 6
Allow to cool for a bit, then pour into your small cut out caps, I added some sprinkles for before filling them up…
Step 7
Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, to harden up remove the plastic cups and serve…
