Yam fritters Ingredients

1 Yam.
2 Seasonings.
3 Onions.
4 Scoth bonnet.
5 Salt.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Cut,peel and wash yam.
Step 2 Grate d yam using d small holes of a grater.
Step 3 Add in ur salt, grinded peppe, seasonings,and curry powder give them a mix.
Step 4 Fry on medium heat in a hot oil until golden brown.
Step 5 Yam fritters is ready serve with any dippings of ur choice or eat like dat.
