Cooking Step by Step
Step 1
For the pounded yam; boil yam and pound.
Step 2
For the soup; heat palm oil in a pot and add grinded pepper then stir fry.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion to the egusi,mix with water to form a paste,pour the egusi paste into the frying pepper and fry together.
Step 4
Add dried fish and the boiled meat, cube seasoning and salt to taste,add some water (not much)and allow to boil.
Step 5
Add the spinach after the water is boiled and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes then serve with your pounded yam.Enjoy😋.
