Cooking Instructions
Step 1 | Peel the yam&cut into medium size.Wash & settle in a cooking pot,add water to cover the yam and add salt&Sugar.Boil for 15-20minutes.Pick the yam&transfer into mortar& pound with pestle. Pound until the yam can easily be molded, you can add warm water or use the water u use from boiling the yam.Pound until a yhu have a smooth soft pounded yam.. |
