Garlic and Lemon Mussels Ingredients

1 clean mussels,.
2 salted butter.
3 , garlic cloves, finely chopped.
4 Salt.
5 Ground black pepper.
6 Zest of 1 lemon.
7 Juice of 1 lemon.
8 freshly chopped coriander.
9 olive oil.
10 dried chilli (optional).

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Preheat a pan with a lid over high heat and add the butter and garlic. Fry for 2 minutes or less. Do not let the garlic burn..
Step 2 Toss the Mussels in and cover with lid. Reduce heat to medium allow to steam for 10 minutes or until the mussels have all open..
Step 3 Add the rest of the ingredients, toss and cook for another 3-5 minutes to allow the liquid and mussels to absorb some of the flavours..
