1 Yam.
2 πŸ… tomatoes.
3 Pepper.
4 Ginger.
5 Onions.
6 Dried Fish.
7 Boiled beef.
8 Salt.
9 Seasoning.
10 Palm oil.
11 Ugu.
12 Spring onions.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Yam porridge* Slice yam in smaller sizes. Wash into the pot. Adds sliced tomato, blended pepper with ginger, sliced onions, 2 or 3 cubes of seasoning, little salt, sliced beef, washed fish and palm oil. Pour water to be just above the level of the yam. Stir everything together and cover it to cook for 10 to 15mins..
