Yam and beans porridge Ingredients

1 Yam.
2 Palm oil.
3 Onion.
4 Pepper.
5 Beans.
6 Seasoning.
7 Red and green pepper.
8 Tomato.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Wash and dice your yam.
Step 2 Slice the veggies,fry the fish and boil the beans.
Step 3 Add tomatoes pepper onion and red oil and allow to cook.
Step 4 Add water and seasoning add beans.
Step 5 Add yam and allow to cook.
Step 6 After the yam has cook add fish, green pepper,onion and red pepper and allow to simmer for 1min.
Step 7 Serve warm.
