Plantain porridge Ingredients

1 ripe Plantain.
2 Kpomo.
3 Smoked Titus fish.
4 Pepper.
5 Tomato.
6 Onion.
7 Fluted pumpkin (ugu).
8 Salt.
9 Maggi.
10 Palm oil.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 In a pot, fry your blended tomato, pepper and onion in little palm oil..
Step 2 Then add your diced kpomo and shredded smoked fish, then salt and pepper to taste..
Step 3 Add your plantain (cut in your desired shape) add little water, cover and allow to simmer, when water is dry. Put off the heat and add your thinly sliced ugu, stir and and serve..
