Unripe plantain porridge with scent leaf and curry leaf Ingredients

1 2 fingers of plantain(Unripe).
2 leaf Scent.
3 leaf Curry.
4 Crayfish.
5 Onions.
6 Plan oil.
7 Dry fish.
8 Maggi(knorr).
9 Salt.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Cut your plantain, into cubes and put into a pot. Add your ingredients and a little water put to cook add your palm oil and maggi and salt to taste. Cook until soften then add your leaf. Bring down to serve..
