Plantain porriage with ugba and meat Ingredients

1 4 unripe plantain.
2 3 fresh pepper.
3 Salt.
4 50 g ugba.
5 Few pieces of meat.
6 1 cksp palmoil.
7 1 onion.
8 1 Maggi cube.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Peel and cut plantain in cubes.boil meat with onion,Salt and Maggi.boil till is tender..
Step 2 Add 1 small cup of water to the meat.then add the plantain,pepper,onion,Salt,maggi,crayfish,palmoil and salt..
Step 3 For 10 to 15mins,stir very well and add the ugba..
Step 4 Boil for 2mins.taste for salt and add the vegetable.stir and bring down the heat will soften the vegetable no need to over boil..
