Cooking Instructions Step 1 Peel the outer skin of the fruits, remove the seeds and put the flesh and juice in a blender.. Step 2 Add water and blend for about a minute. Add your sweetener and blend some more.. Step 3 Strain over a glass of ice and serve. You can also add other fruits like oranges, pineapple etc. Just juice and add..
