Cooking Step by Step Step 1 Peel and cut plantain in cubes.boil meat with onion,Salt and Maggi.boil till is tender.. Step 2 Add 1 small cup of water to the meat.then add the plantain,pepper,onion,Salt,maggi,crayfish,palmoil and salt.. Step 3 For 10 to 15mins,stir very well and add the ugba..
