African Food: Abacha


Abacha Ingredients

1 3 pieces Garden egg.
2 3 cups Abacha.
3 Handful Ugba.
4 2 cksp Red oil.
5 1 Onion.
6 3 pieces Red Fresh Pepper.
7 Salt.
8 1 Smoked fish.
9 Handful leaves Garden egg.
10 1/4 teaspoon Potash.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Soak the dry abacha in water overnight if you are using dry abacha..
Step 2 Mix red oil and small potash add abacha mix all to be well corporated..
Step 3 Salt,diced red pepper,salt,sliced garden egg leaves, put all this at onces and mix.
Step 4 Dice the garden egg and serve all in at once.
