Plantain porriage with pomo and scent leaves Ingredients

1 5 pieces Half ripe plantain.
2 Salt.
3 4 pieces Fresh tomatoes.
4 1 medium sized Corn.
5 1 cksp Crayfish.
6 3 pieces Fresh pepper.
7 1 Onion.
8 2 big Pomo.
9 Handful Scent leaves.
10 2 Star cubes.
11 1 cksp Red oil.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Wash the pomo,Boil with pomo till is soft..
Step 2 Cut the half ripe plantain in cubes,blend the crayfish and fresh pepper,Salt,Star cubes,Onion,red oil and half cup of water.place on the heat..
Step 3 Boil for 15minutes,turn very well with a spartular and cut the scent leaves pour in, and turn again.My delicious is ready.
