African Dish: Bajre de Pomodori


Bajre de Pomodori Ingredients

1 1 cup boil bajra.
2 1/2 cup chopped veggies.
3 2 tbsp garlic.
4 3 tbs butter.
5 1 cup blanched spinach.
6 2 tbsp chopped onion.
7 1 cup chopped tomato.
8 1/2 cup crushed basil leaves.
9 2 tbsp pizza seasoning.
10 To taste Salt, pepper according.
11 As required Cheese slices.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 First take a pan add butter, garlic, chopped veggies sauté for a minutes now add bajra put all spices salt, pepper, pizza seasoning on another side make a spinach sauce to add butter, garlic, onion, and blanched spinach.
Step 2 Now make marinara sauce take a pan put butter, garlic, chopped onion sauté it now add tomato and crushed basil leaves cook for few minutes add salt, sugar, basil powder mix it nicely.
Step 3 Now put first layer veggie bajra second layer marinara sauce third layer spinach sauce top layer put cheese slice and garnish with buttery sauté bell peppers.
