Peppered tofu(awara) Ingredients

Fried tofu(awara).

medium Onions (sliced).

Red pepper (blended).

small carrots (grated).

green beans (chopped).

Maggi, salt, curry, thyme, ginger garlic powder.

Oil.

For garnishing.

Lettuce.

Cucumber (sliced).

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Here is our fried awara.
Step 2
In a pan sautΓ© onion and red pepper for 2mins then add in remaining onions, green beans, carrots, maggi, salt, curry, thyme, ginger garlic powder and stir-fry for 3mins.
Step 3
Then add in fried awara and stir-fry for 2mins then serve and garnish with lettuce, cucumber and mint leafπ.
Step 4
