1 | You need of I mudu of Ogbono(Grounded with 1 cup of cray fish). |

3 | It’s 10 of maggi. |

5 | It’s 2 cups of red oil. |
6 | Prepare 2 handful of bitter leaf(chopped). |
7 | Take 2 teaspoon of locust beans(grounded). |
Cooking Instructions
Step 1 | Get a clean pot place on heat. |
Step 2 | Add little water. |
Step 3 | Allow the water to boil for 2mins. |
Step 4 | Add salt, Maggi then stir. |
Step 5 | Add locust beans, pepper and stir. |
Step 6 | Cover the pot and allow to boil for 5mins. |
Step 7 | Add the Ogbono. |
Step 8 | Allow to boil for 2min. |
Step 9 | Add the bitter leaf then stir, allow to boil for 5mins. |
Step 10 | Add the red oil and allow to boil for 5mins. |
