Concoction rice Ingredients

1 Leftover ofe akwu/banga stew.
2 Fresh pepper.
3 Onion.
4 Seasoning.
5 Crayfish.
6 Salt.
7 rice.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Parboil your rice and set aside..
Step 2 Pour your stew in the pot. add your diced onion, pounded pepper, crayfish, seasoning cube, salt and water and set on fire. Leave to boil, pour your already parboiled rice, stir and cover to cook till tender.
Step 3 Your rice is ready. Serve hot with a glass of water or any soft drink of your choice.
