Spicy Marinated Chicken Liver and Gizzards (ATI AMPELA BUMBU PEDAS) Ingredients
1 | 2 chicken livers, cut to taste. |
2 | 2 chicken gizzard, cut to taste. |
3 | 75 gr tofu, cut length. |
4 | 1 tomato, cut lengthwise. |
5 | 2 green chilies, sliced diagonally. |
6 | 1/4 tsp coriander powder. |
7 | to taste Sugar and salt. |
8 | GROUND SPICES. |
9 | 2 cloves garlic. |
10 | 3 small red onions. |
11 | 7 cayenne peppers. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Stir-fry spices until fragrant.. |
Step 2 | Add the chicken liver and gizzard, cook until cooked (add a little water to aid the cooking process).. |
Step 3 | Add tofu, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander powder. Cook until chili is wilted.. |
Step 4 | Shortly before finishing, put sugar and salt. Then stir and simmer briefly.. |
