1 | Take 3 cups of Egusi. |
2 | Take 20 pieces of sizeable goat meat,. |
3 | About 20 pieces of sizeable kpomo. |
4 | About 1/2 cup of crayfish. |
5 | It’s to taste of Salt. |
6 | Prepare 4 cubes of maggi. |
7 | Take 2 spoons of black Ghana pepper. |
8 | Approximately 3 of medium sized smoked fish. |
9 | It’s of Stock fish. |
10 | It’s of Palm oil. |

Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Boil the properly washed goat meat with onion, and season with Maggi for 8minutes, add the kpomo, stock fish, smoked fish and allow to cook for another 10minutes. |
Step 2 | Put palm oil in a pot and allow to heat / bleach mildly, add onion then add the grounded egusi and continue to stir on low heat to avoid burning, fry for 8minutes, then pour in the grounded crayfish,. |
